Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the PixGenX Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must complete the affiliate application via our dashboard. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to sites that promote sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

2. Affiliate Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn a commission for every qualifying purchase made by a customer who clicks on their unique affiliate link.

  • Commission Rate: You will receive 30% of each sale referred through your link. For recurring subscriptions, you will receive 30% of every monthly or annual payment for the life of that customer.
  • Payout Threshold: Commissions are paid out once your balance reaches a minimum of $50.
  • 60-Day Holding Period: To account for potential refunds or chargebacks, commissions are held for 60 days before they become eligible for payout.
  • Payment Method: Payouts are made via PayPal or Stripe. You are responsible for any fees associated with these payment methods.

3. Promotion Restrictions

We encourage creative promotion, but certain activities are dynamic prohibited:

  • No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase PixGenX for yourself.
  • No Coupon/Deal Site Spamming: You may not submit your affiliate link to coupon or deal aggregation sites.
  • No PPC Bidding: You are prohibited from bidding on "PixGenX" or similar trademarked keywords on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines.
  • Ethical Marketing: You must not engage in "black hat" SEO, spamming, or misleading advertisements.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. If we determine that you have violated these terms, your affiliate account will be closed immediately, and all pending commissions will be forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

PixGenX is not liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from the affiliate program. We make no guarantees regarding the amount of income an affiliate may earn.
