At PixGenX ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled securely. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by PixGenX when you use our web UI, APIs, and image generation services.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: We collect information that you manually provide to us, such as your email address when you create an account, register for our services, or communicate with us directly at hello@pixgenx.com.
• Information collected automatically: We automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. Additionally, we track API usage metrics to ensure reliable service and enforce rate limits.

2. Image Generation Data

When you use our services to generate images, we collect the text prompts, parameters, and the resulting generated images.

• Web Studio Storage: For Web Studio users, your generated images are securely stored in your personal Gallery up to your plan's storage limit (e.g., 10 GB on the Pro plan, 100 MB on Starter) so you can access them at any time.
• API Ephemeral Storage (24h TTL): For API integrations, generated images are temporarily stored to allow you to download them via the returned URL. To protect your privacy and reduce our storage footprint, images generated strictly via API requests enforce a strict 24-hour Time-To-Live (TTL) system and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our image generation API and web dashboard.
• To process your transactions and manage your API credits securely via our payment provider (Stripe / Freemius).
• To improve, personalize, and expand our services and AI models.
• To communicate with you for customer service, technical updates, and promotional offers.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We utilize trusted third-party cloud infrastructure (such as Supabase and Google Cloud) to host our backend and execute AI models. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements. Payment processing is handled securely off-site; we do not store or process your credit card information on our servers.

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict the processing of your information.
