Refund Policy

At PixGenX, we strive to provide the highest quality AI generation tools at the most competitive prices. Because our services involve significant upfront compute costs for every generation, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)
Monthly and Annual subscriptions (Starter and Pro tiers) include a "fair use" allocation of generations.
- 7-Day Window: You may request a refund for a subscription within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that you have generated fewer than 50 images in total since the start of that billing cycle.
- Used Services: Once you have generated 50 or more images, the service is considered "used," and no refunds will be granted for that billing period.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription via your dashboard before the next billing date if you no longer wish to use the service.
2. API Packs (Pay-as-you-go)
API Packs provide a specific number of generation credits.
- Final Sale: All API Pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Because credits are stackable and do not expire as long as your account is active, we do not offer refunds once the transaction is complete.
- Technical Issues: If a technical error on our side causes credits to be deducted without successfully returning an image, please contact support, and we will manually credit your account with the missing generations.
3. Lifetime Licenses (One-Time Payments)
Lifetime licenses represent a significant discount over long-term usage.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day refund window for Lifetime licenses, provided your total usage has not exceeded 200 generations.
- Above 200 Generations: If you have generated more than 200 images using a Lifetime license, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptions & Abuse
Refunds will not be granted for accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content, automation of the Web Studio, or chargeback fraud).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@pixgenx.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your order ID or transaction receipt in the email.
